Plan Productive built the NopoX app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Plan Productive at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who chooses to use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

    1. Device or Other IDs:

  • Collected for behavioral analytics and crash diagnostics via Amplitude.
  • Used for personalized advertising and analytics via Google Advertising ID (AD_ID).

The app integrates third-party SDKs, including:

Advertising and User Consent 

We use com.google.android.ump:user-messaging-platform SDK to obtain explicit user consent for personalized advertising in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

Retention: Data is retained as long as the user account exists with NopoX.
Deletion: Users can delete their account and associated data by submitting a request through this form.

 

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)
In compliance with the VCDPA, users in Virginia have the following additional rights:

  • To confirm whether their data is being processed.
  • To access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of their personal data.
  • To opt-out of data processing for targeted advertising, sales, or profiling.

In case of errors in the app, we collect data and information on your device called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, and usage statistics.
